      Toxic management style

      Pros

      I worked with some really nice people, but none of them were from Management level

      Cons

      So much favouritism and office politics. Good employees do not get recognition and those who "play well" in front of management gets rewards. Management do not communicate and become quite arrogant and rude to lower level employees. I have seen so many of them resigning for the same reason.

      Employees have interesting and fun personalities.

      Cons

      Company doesn't have a natural flow, too many micro levels of management and work doesn't get done. A meeting to have another meeting is a waste of time. That happened quite a bit. Upper management didn't participate in team work.. they kept to themselves, in their own group.
