Disappointing. The organization has a concerning habit of firing workers without providing sufficient justification or supporting documents for its actions. They tend to let go of people without cause, No job security at all. Training and support are terribly inadequate. No vacation leaves until after a year. Poor management procedures, such as a lack of regular supervisor coaching or mentoring-quick to criticize, slow to praise. The only time you get pulled for mentoring or coaching is when you commit an offense. In general, it's a NO for this company.
