None. This company is a waste of time
Cons
Everything. To start they commit wage theft and then ignore you for 3 weeks saying “we are working on it” nothing gets done so you have to email the president of the company who also blows you off.

Good experience, hours, health insurance and 401a, understanding for outside obligations/appointments, no overtime demand.
Cons
Manual labor, working outside of job scope, poor working environment/considerations (freezing temps, extreme heat), not enough PTO/sick time, never have a chance for any over time (it is never considered or given.
