1. No respect or regard, of any kind, for their employees.
2. Pay is very low compared to other in this industry. VRI companies have employees working from home at $23-$26.00/hr vs. $15.00/hr at LAN/Martti. Some of us have Master’s Degrees, even PhD and MDs. The poor site managers are over-worked and make less than the interpreters, considering that interpreters can work OT, and managers are salary.
3. There is 0 structure, what works for corporate does not work for the sites.
4. It’s a young, growing company, obviously, their lack of structure, poor equipment and disregard for employees' well-being, resulting in a huge turn around; people with higer expectations and drive constantly leave because they’re tired of the promises that never come true.
5. Call volume is over the top, back to back, no chance to even take a sip of water.
