Pros

- You will learn new things if you are a fresher or Sr. Software developer. If you are already technical lead, Dont join, you will washout your knowledge here - GOOD OFFICE ENVIRONMENT( It is trap) - Good Coffee (Only 10 to 4) - They provide 6 WFH in one quarter - Good leave policy ( There is a catch) I found it challenging to identify distinct pros within the company. The lack of positive aspects or standout features made it difficult to highlight any specific advantages or benefits that would contribute to a positive employee experience

Cons

(STAY AWAY FROM PAID REVIEWS) THEY HAVE REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW EMPLOYEES, I HAVE TAKEN MANY INTERVIEWS BUT NO ONE IS READY TO JOIN. 1. Less increment: The company offers limited opportunities for salary growth and incremental raises, which can be a challenge for employees seeking financial advancement. LATEST INCREMENT OF 2024 IS 2-5% MAX( some employee's appraisals remain the same literally) because of the expense of the CEO's tours and new office establishment Worst increment policy: The appraisal is done in April but you will get your in May or June salary, NOTICE PERIOD IS 3 MONTHS. so basically if you want to plan to change company, you will have to wait for 3 salary slips(till Septemeber), if by chance you find a new company, you will have to serve 3 month's notice period (till November) and then you can leave it, but if you start seeing other company after appraisal then you will have to wait till the end of the month probably. No proper work-life balance: The company struggles to establish a healthy work-life balance for its employees, with heavy workloads and limited flexibility in scheduling, making it difficult to maintain personal commitments outside of work. No new project: There is only one project running since starting of the company, so everything is set, you will not learn new things, but you will stuck in their processes. The company's BARGAINING rate is high, so no new projects are coming. Process- Process- Process: there are around 356( I just counted) processes, everything there is a process, they will decide how you will behave in the office, how you speak, how you write, how you work, and what decisions you will take. There are some orthodox employees( working for 13 years, who cannot work in other companies) who don't know how other industry works outside of the company, they will make decisions for you. THEY ARE HEADACHE. No work-from-home policy: only 6 WFH in 3 months, because they think employees don't work at home(ORTHODOX THOUGHTS) Management inefficiencies: There are concerns about the competency of the management team, with some employees perceiving them as lacking effective decision-making skills and a clear strategic vision for the company

Pros

While there may be areas that could benefit from improvement, I found it challenging to identify distinct pros within the company. The lack of positive aspects or standout features made it difficult to highlight any specific advantages or benefits that would contribute to a positive employee experience

Cons

1. Less increment: The company offers limited opportunities for salary growth and incremental raises, which can be a challenge for employees seeking financial advancement. No proper work-life balance: The company struggles to establish a healthy work-life balance for its employees, with heavy workloads and limited flexibility in scheduling, making it difficult to maintain personal commitments outside of work. No work-from-home policy: The company lacks a work-from-home policy or flexible remote work options, which can be frustrating, especially considering the increasing importance of remote work capabilities in today's job market. Management inefficiencies: There are concerns about the competency of the management team, with some employees perceiving them as lacking effective decision-making skills and a clear strategic vision for the company
