Lots of great people working there

Cons

Leadership will change the project you’ve been working on without any discussion . No culture of self reflection or criticism, so very little growth in that way. A firm that just does whatever the client wants regardless if it makes sense.

Pros

Liberal environment with everyone takes their own responsibility and manages time. Lots of opportunity for project development to project construction. Well balanced.

Cons

Not too democratic in design decisions. It will be hard to raise voice as a designer. Design never evolves even with young bloods.
