Pros
The HR and Consultant People Managers genuinely cared about employees and did their best to support staff in a difficult environment. Benefits and vacation time were reasonable, especially for a fully remote company. Flexibility was one of the few positives, and many employees worked hard to make the culture functional despite leadership challenges and changes.
Cons
The company culture struggled due to the CEO’s leadership style and a lack of consistent processes. Decision-making felt rigid, with limited room for collaboration or alternative perspectives. Favoritism was occasionally noticeable and employees often felt hesitant to speak openly. Career growth opportunities and promotions are extremely limited due to the company structure and Individual Development Plans were not consistently reviewed or followed, which made development feel unclear. Over time, these issues impacted morale and hindered long-term growth for many employees.
