Pros

The teams are friendly, most supervisors are caring, and there's a culture of pride in the work.

Cons

Workload can be stressful depending on the line, lack of support in the Fargo facility from safety, sometimes may not hear back from talent or HR about interviews or feedback for positions you've applied for, bad shift dynamics (some teams will set up great, others could care less how the next team is set up).

Pros

Good benefits, company values, and employees are considered when big decisions are made. There's opportunities for labor share and travel to other locations. It is family owned and while we don't see them often, they make you feel seen and that you matter. There's a nurse who is easy to talk to and actually cares. There have been a lot of changes in HR but its for the better. Lots of opportunities to learn new things and grow. We also got a new parking lot which was much needed since the plant has grown.

Cons

Mandatory overtime on Saturdays, but has gotten better. Not much visibility from the safety department on second and third shift unless its early afternoon on second shift - or - the last couple hours on third shift. There's four safety specialists here and they all mostly work during business hours, so unless you catch them before they leave its difficult to address anything. There's a safety committee but it can be difficult to get an actual person from the safety department because of their working hours.

Pros

Friendly coworkers, good benefits overall.

Cons

Overpriced product, quality control issues, warehouse safety problems, management disconnected and HR doesn't care. Can't get schedule changed to accommodate health appointments. Family-owned but act very corporate, and don't care about staff or customers.
