Toxic, explosive upper management, raises always passed over, yet they all drive Teslas. Lack of accountability & no growth to move up. CEO & President at each others throats, conflicting visions & company split right down the middle.
There are some friendly people that work there. Benefits are some of the best I've ever had. They're from the parent company, Marvin Engineering.

Executive Management is horrible and cheap: unwilling to give any type of raise even though they are using company assets to pay for their vehicles and gas.
Lots of hands on experience with projects. Great for building your resume. Great healthcare benefits.

Toxic work environment. Everything is controlled and micromanaged by the president. Lots of internal fighting between departments. Burnout happens often. Lots of preferential treatment for certain employees, while others are mistreated.
