      Unappreciated, Everyone is Replaceable, Could Care Less, Management does not know how to talk to people like they're human beings, expect you to go above and beyond work duties without question, many of the "positive" reviews were solicited and are unreliable

      Very Micro-managing Work from Office Not Enough Vacation Days- 1 week Vacation and 1 Week of Sick; and 6 Federal Holidays Off Low pay increase Lack of Employee Appreciation Lack of Upper Management Support, Finance and Resources to push team members to grow independently and professionally Big company working in a small company mindset

      Micro managed. Low pay. Very backwards company.

      Nothing really here. Maybe the people? But they even were pretty backwards and old-fashioned.

      Cons

      Micro managed. Procedures were very 1990: paper time sheets; carry a million things around. You get tracked every single second literally. Pay was terrible. Just an overall terrible experience, perhaps a reflection of Subway”a inevitable doom.
