      Fun work, toxic culture

      Pros

      -freedom to be creative -people are friendly and willing to help

      Cons

      -Very few POC become full time staff, which is troubling given the location in the middle of Baltimore City -management has really poor communication and takes it personally if you try to advocate for yourself or your coworkers -Full time jobs paid less than a living wage

      Pros

      Job activities are very fun-- working with science equipment and teaching the public.

      Cons

      The company has no long term vision-- it's day-to-day decision making, complacency with how things are and little ambition to change that. Part time workers have VERY little chance of becoming full time.
