Good benefits 11 Holidays pay Many professionals employees with BS and MBA degrees

Cons

Very stressful place to work. Management does not communicate, but want things done without proper documents or information. No place for advancement, unless friendship with management where education or experience does not matter. Get fired for no reason. If a management friend or relative needs a job, then, current employees lose their position, so management friends or relatives can be hire without proper education or experience. Discrimination is a daily practice by management

Working with the kids one on one. Mentoring and building trust with the families/children/teens you work with. Being able to see improvement in behaviors with the kids you work with.

Stressful! Management does not appreciate all the.hard work their employees do with the families. Expectations.are ridiculous. Not enough hours in day to complete everything expected. Company.lost focus of the families and more worried about money to the company cutting funds tremendously to the kids and fdmilies . At will company can let you go.when.they want with.no warning to the families/children leaving them confused and feeling abandoned. A trigger for most
