Pros

Lots of great people, flexible, good training and supervision, not "productivity crazy."

Cons

Very few raises, upper management disconnected from actual work, lack of timely responses from upper management to requests; depressing physical environment.

Pros

They provide training to evidence-based practices.

Cons

The amount of paperwork that is tied to the already heavy caseload makes it so that it is not a sustainable career.

Pros

They care about their employees and clients they serve. They listen to their employees and provide effective and timely solutions. Great place to work in LA county!

Cons

I have not encountered any challenges. I've worked for the government, other non profits and was never as happy as I am working with Masada
