      Pros

      Well-structured architecture and software. Projects relevant to business use case. Good salary in the market. Supportive manager and team.

      Cons

      Stakeholders can be extremely demanding and a ton of tasks flows into data team without considering current workloads. Everything is urgent and important. Except for salary, benefits are just so-so.
