No thing , just basic income until you secure better job.
Cons
The most stressful work environment I have ever seen, there is no any kind of consideration for your personal live, humanity or your health. Technically the are using very old, absolute technology, there is no process , no plans , no goals to achieve or documentations and zero knowledge transfer. Crap treatment for the employees and there is no appreciation for any efforts they are always give fake promises / lies and playing around all the time. Very limited benefits which usually less than expected and very far behind any other company in the same field. Managers never listen and their responses usually too late.
