      Eliminate Six Day Work Week

      Pros

      They will try to keep vehicles equipped with air conditioning.

      Cons

      Work every weekend , must use vacation time to take a Saturday off, and most Mondays are slow. In other words the drivers are tied to this business every day and Sunday is the only day off . They are always hiring drivers because they are the only employees working six days a week. They must use vacation time to take off.
