- Outstanding technical knowledge and thought leadership, which is passed on to new joiners in the front office through regular training sessions. - Transparent compensation structure with clear career paths for joiners at all levels. - Flexible working and no micromanagement. - Flat management structure and supportive partners. - Entrepreneurial spirit and consideration/appreciation of new ideas; not all ideas or suggestions for improvement will be put in practice, but they will all be listened to.

Cons

Due to the firm's rapid growth over the last decade, outdated systems and processes have needed to be updated and improved to cope with higher workloads, which are increasingly complex. The 'bedding in' phase for new employees can therefore take a while because there are many different systems and processes to master.
