      Pros

      Kind colleagues who are willing and able to help. Reporting manager was nothing but nice and encouraging. Health benefits were nice.

      Cons

      Room for growth was very slim. Pay was unfair and getting a "raise" after many discussions felt unrewarding and undervalued as an employee. Communication between teams and leadership was poor and many systems are outdated.
