It was a good company several years ago.

Cons

Shrinking wages, benefits slashed, revolving door leadership, company mission changes several times a day, poor WLB and they're proud of that. There's no room to grow. They've fired people before bonus payouts, maternity leave, and honeymoons.

Company leadership was constantly focused on how to achieve the big sell at the end of the tunnel. The business could have become stable and grown at a reasonable rate, but instead an all or nothing attitude was followed.
