Pros
Fair pay for work based upon individual performance means you can advance at your own rate, not just based upon how long you've been with the company. Incentive programs are in place for most positions and allow for added income potential. There are great people across the company who are good at their jobs; this makes it a fun place to work. It has been in business since 1993, so it is a well established company. It is family owned and growing, so there are lots of opportunities for advancement.
Cons
All work is on-site. There are currently no remote work opportunities.

Good Small Company environment, everyone is very friendly. They give a lot of opportunities to allow you to learn more and grow.
Cons
They are growing and positions slowly opening but not as many as a very large corporation.
