      Purposefully Understaffed and STRESSFUL

      Pros

      Duties aren't too hard but that's all I can really say. Pay is good too.

      Cons

      Understaffed. Having one whole floor to yourself..around 50 or more residents on multiple occasions. It's like a daily thing.

      Pays well and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Short staffed and mandated often. Upper Management isn’t the best either. Unsafe resident to nurse ratio most of the time.
