if you have any self respect you do not want to work here. they treat new people like garbage and expect you to learn the menu in only a couple days with back to back "training" giving you no real time to actually study and digest the information. terrible work culture because the only way to really succeed there is to be there forever because most of thier servers have been there 10 to 20 years so unless you're previous friends with Russel or Brian, you'll be kept at the bottom eating crumbs. if you're 20 to 30 something, stay away, they treat young people horribly while hand hold older servers. the hours are long because of terrible rules they have in place. if you work lunch and not dinner they will make you "late wait" till 5. almost no one comes in during that time and you make pretty much no extra money and lose most of your day and if someone doesn't show up for thier dinner shift, they will expect you to work even though you are NOT scheduled at night. the host and managers will give their friends a majority of tables early in the shift and dump the last couple tables on new people to catch up your covers and you'll be there forever with one table but you can't do any side work or polish till the table leaves. even if they have paid and are just camping. they do not care about your time. if your female I cannot stress enough don't work there. it is a old white man club for sure. very inappropriate attitudes from managers and long time servers. they will try very hard to make you feel stupid and laugh about it. THE ABSOLUTE WORST thing about the job is working for Russel masraff himself. he is extremely unprofessional in the way he talks to employees. he has no qualms with yelling, cursing, and insulting anyone who works there. he is a narcissist and has anger issues to the point where he will actually break or hit things in the restaurant, curse directly at you and insult you. the money just isn't good enough for the way they treat you. this is why they are constantly hiring because they can't keep new people. oh and if you're not making enough money and feel like you need a second job to pay the bills, this is not allowed and you will be fired if they find out. while this is legal to do, they do it so you can commit all of your time to them even though they very much control who gets what tables, leaving new people to barely even break up 200 even on busy weekend nights. please don't work here and support this type of work environment, it is extremely toxic
