Pros

Beautiful well maintained clean building.

Cons

Broke laws, nepotism, false advertisement, zero follow through, and poor management team. Owners were two sisters who had kids that worked there and hired there friends who didn't actually work but got paid. The company claimed I quit when I did not, I had just followed the law since it is my ethical obligation. Later the business failed and the sisters sued one another.

Pros

There are none that I can think of.

Cons

Preferantial treatment for female employees (males were scrutinized more than females), terrible pay, expected to work longer than 40 hours per week, had to clock in and out, unhappy employees and maagers, overall a miserable place to work. I worked there in circa-2004.
