Worst management you would come across in your entire career, the Indian leadership team lacks common sense except 1 or 2 leaders.
After joining you feel GHMC is much better than here
HR leadership - If you go to HR with problem they will create more problems, HR is not approachable and not at all employee friendly.
Moreover HR person is way too arrogant and filled with arrogance.
HR does not see what one is going through and they doesn't talk politely & feels like they are not bothered about overall attrition. They always have a cover up story though every month 20 odd people leave the org.
HR leadership believes they are the sole reason behind the revenue generation and software development for MassMutual India.
Management basically left the employees in thin air.
It is time for US management to relook at HR staff hiring, every other day a new person from (CGI) gets hired and this is overlooked by the India/US management which is evident in all the new joiners email.
1. Management is always biased, they don't care what you say.
2. They feel you're slaves or their home servants.
3. No respect in their communication, they treat low level employees as insects.
4. No work life balance.
5. Extreme stress levels across all roles and departments.
6. Feels as if one working in coal mine, rather than feel like office
7. Feels chocked out while you work here
8. Most of the times leaders are clueless on what they actually wanted from employees
