      Company truly cares and supports its employees. Leadership is smart, engaged, inspiring.

      Funding can hold back all the amazing work masstech wants to get done.

      Pros

      Good benefits, good salary, leadership listens to their employees and makes changes to policies when they need changing. Not a lot of micromanagement.

      Cons

      Management can be a little hands off at times even in situations where they should get involved. Professional development assistance is great if you're looking to get a degree, but is a little hazy on what's allowed for just taking a course here and there for your own advancement. Leadership's not great at transparency with employees when it comes to organizational changes.
