      The colleagues who do not allow themselves to be indoctrinated make it somewhat reasonable to work there

      Cons

      There are actually too many to list. The working atmosphere is spoiled by the founder who sits on his monkey rock like a dictator and does not give anyone room to think otherwise. This gentleman is a terror to your self-esteem and everything you stand for. Don't go here.

      De werkzame periode is minder dan een jaar. Groei 2021 was 61% YoY. Als deze oud medewerker zich op zijn werk geconcentreerd had was er niets aan de hand geweest.

      You have the opportunity to assume a significant level of responsibility.

      Cons

      This company has a toxic work environment with high mental pressure from the CEO. Actually, it feels more like a one-man show, with the CEO constantly meddling in everything and putting immense pressure on everyone. Unfortunately, during my time there, I witnessed the CEO's aggressive, discriminative and unprofessional behaviour driving away many employees. The sad reality is that the toxic atmosphere puts a massive damper on any chances of personal and career development.

      Conflict between two cultures was too large and we got a taste of deep woke culture and a demand for Bud Light.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance as part of an engaged and intelligent team. People here personify that rare combination of qualities where they are both skilled, inspiring an enjoyable to work with - both leadership and employees. Here you can help build an agency for the future, unlike any other in the industry.

      Cons

      A lot of change (or looking at it as a pro: new opportunities), as the industry is still transitioning. If you like the idea of making an impact, this is great, but if you want to settle into a comfortable, strictly defined role, this isn't the place.
