If you were hired by a certain date you get free Healthcare when you retire.

Cons

The management is atrocious. They create a toxic environment for the staff. There is a double standard for the "chosen" few. There is no accountability for them. They choose their hours, come and go as they please and the unlucky work grunts pull their weight.
