      HIGH turnover for a reason

      Pros

      Good products and clients, Warehouse staff really nice. Early finish on a Friday.

      Cons

      Very old-fashioned. Hired on the belief it would be a remote job, but then made to work in office 5 days a week. Extremely high turnover, People aren't treated well. Management in particular can be really nasty - almost bullies - to whoever they manage. No flexibility whatsoever.

      Pros

      Excellent team and wider support structure. A growing business with lot's of opportunities to learn new skills, meet people and share ideas. Flexible working creates a positive environment.

      Cons

      Communication can always be improved. But much better than previous employers.
