Excellent team and wider support structure. A growing business with lot's of opportunities to learn new skills, meet people and share ideas. Flexible working creates a positive environment.
Cons
Communication can always be improved. But much better than previous employers.

- some natural growing pains, but only those found in any organisation like this that is building and developing
