I was one of the early employees at Mastertech and was associated with the company for 3+ years. The environment is fun, fast paced and more suited to independent learning. People who thrive on challenges will find good exposure here; especially on the web development front. Here, you will have the freedom to unleash your technical creativity to solve some challenging problems. I had a great time with our small close knit team during my tenure at Mastertech Web Applications and still cherish some of my fondest memories there. The management is helpful in providing ample opportunities to hone your skills if you can demonstrate your competencies well. I worked as a senior web developer in the latter half of my stint there and got the opportunity to work on some impactful web development stuff. Flat heirarchy on the work floor ensures that only work and performance matter.
