      Executive team is communicative and transparent. Fellow employees are generally pleasant to work with and truly care about the consumers & the growth and success of the business.

      Cons

      Career development and progression plans are generally directed more towards hourly/tactical employees and they could improve on their development tools and progression plan for more strategic roles.
