      Building is okay. Some very nice people.

      Cons

      Where do I start? When I joined 2 years ago there was a buzz about the place but these days there is a deathly silence especially in the sales upstairs. A lot of people have left or management have fired strong performers. CEO based down in London tries to rouse the troops in the town halls but there is no hiding the fact that sales are not selling well and there have been mass redundancies. My advice is to stay away from this failing company.

      Good holidays, generally nice employees.

      Cons

      I left this job because I was bullied by a manager. My colleagues and I were often be taken into a room and shouted at. It was an incredibly controlling and unprofessional approach. Good company but I was unfortunate to be in a bad team. Quite a few of my colleagues were fired in the few months I was there as they didn’t achieve sales targets.

      Staff, building, location, customers, experience

      Cons

      Staff churn all time high, loss of respected senior management who just vanish! Current structure, new management team, customer service poor, catalytix team inaccurate and completely pompous Poor badly run HR team who use scare tactics and if face fits fine. No product development in last 3 years, now buying cheap products off amazon. Desperate for sales.
