      Pros

      Working remote is great, 401K match and benefits. Opportunity to make commission.

      Cons

      No room for growth, they have their favorites of who will be promoted, pay is AWFUL and they do not consider it's 2024 and you need money to survive. Commission could be better too..

      Can be cut throat, also at the end my time it felt like the business model no longer was working.
