      Pros

      you get to learn about big artists and their markets, good exposure to the art world hands on with all areas of the company, promoting where you'd like to learn OK salary and good benefits

      Cons

      always tweaking with analytics and overhiring feels like they are cooking the books for their investors, one reason youll never see masterworks go public ceo doesnt have a great moral compass in regards to the promoting the retail investments and buying the acquistions themselves, also doesnt set a great example for the young men who work for him

      - nice co-workers - interesting product

      Cons

      - no one makes any money here - consistent pay cuts and commission restructuring for the sales team on a monthly basis - significantly lower salary compared to the industry standard, including benefits and PTO, with very little room for growth - zero diversity and high levels of burn out

      Pros

      - They cater lunch (which is really just to force you to stay in the office) and some decent benefits - Great, fun, energetic employees (Cannot say the same about management in any capacity)

      Cons

      - Every review that says you will be overworked and underpaid is correct. You get brought in on the idea that it is a start up and as the company grows so will you, you will just get more work, treated worse, and paid the same as you were. It doesn't matter what your performance says. ***ABSOLUTELY 0 COMPENSATION ON TOP OF LOW BASE PAY*** - Awful turnover. Someone is always leaving and they don't replace many people. They just will eliminate roles and put them on other team's plates. I have never seen a company provide such minimal resources. - Management makes everything political and I have seen them pin people against one another so many times and force a toxic work environment - People here are unhappy. That should tell you enough.
