Pros

This company gives new employees the initial perception that the company is a small business that cares for their employees by allowing you to meet the team, and "wine and dine" with you. Travel opportunities, and ability to learn about the space was interesting.

Cons

This company is always "restructuring" with a staggering turnover rate for lower-level employees. Pay is mediocre, and they offer the empty promise of upward mobility. The managers have been around since the beginning, and are likely the reason why the company is unable to progress. They are completely unaware of how a successful company should operate. The communication among all facets of the company are a joke, and the way information was passed along felt immature and "high schoolesque". The new CEO, Ron Berg is the type of guy who should never publicly speak, as he is completely offensive. If you are looking for a serious company where there is opportunity for upward mobility, and job security, look elsewhere.

Pros

Certain Management and Individuals here were great to work for and family focused, depending on the department you were in, often times had really focused ideals for a company and allowed for flexible work schedules.

Cons

Certain Management and individuals I think came from the Stone Age. Very outdated on their vision for technology and often allowed the most random people make decisions that were not their expertise. They company often rewarded mediocrity and let actual talent leave the company without a fight. Often hired the wrong contractors and had archaic vision for the Education Field and Technology, which really held the company back in a lot of ways. Way too many cooks in the kitchen. Not a lot of accountability when some departments were not meeting quotas or costing the company money. Gave certain departments way too much budget. Gave departments that were actually earning or working towards earning money very little budget.
