Pros

Leadership that cares and is present, CEO leads with empathy, great menu and matcha, ingredients are clean and transparent. As long as you work hard and show up to the job, you'll be recognized and there will be room for growth opportunities,

Cons

It's a young company, so it can be a bit messy with new launches. There can be gossip amongst matcharistas about leadership when they get upset about changes or being held accountable. A lot of people complain, don't want to work so they find excuses and often blame others for their lack of work ethic.

Amazing company with small team, strong mission and growth potential

1. small intimate team- family vibes, peer support 2. growth potential- so many opportunities to move up and around within the company when showing your skills and a strong work ethic 3. mastery in your craft- learning so many different drinks, fast paced environment, back of house / admin work- on hands leadership experience

Cons

Because it is a small team and a growing business, everyone leans on each other and supports each other often- this could be stressful at times- overall though, I find it a really good learning experience and a challenge that grows me in my career and also as a person. It's not a place for the lazy!
