It is a very amateur company, starting from the CEOs and going down the management team, the issues are handled very poorly, often with arrogance and a lack of interest.
There is absolutely zero career plan, some key leadership roles are given based on affinities and friendship, instead of capacity and performance.
The Brazil office is poorly handled by people who like to play favourites and don't care at all about doing a great job, which can be very frustrating and tiresome.
I experienced and witnessed instances of moral abuse from the managing team of the Brazil office. The Brazil office in specific is not a safe space for any minorities to work in, especially women.
This company also treats its people as disposable, having key people, even entire teams, being laid off for very personal reasons of a specific manager. During my stay, the operational team of the most profitable office was laid off, and the entire organization suffered with overwork and stress.
Overall, it feels that you have to play in someone's favour in order to maintain your job and it can be very stressful to work in a condition like this. In Brazil's case, the managing team had very different intentions that we had to follow, even though they were very prejudicial to our work life.
I never felt so dirsrespected and been treated poorly like I have been in this company. I never felt safe with the managing team of my office, and there was no channel to report and get help with.
I would advise to stay away from it, there are many better opportunities that can take you much further in your career.
