company had 3 different CEOs in 3 1/2 years, management continue to lie to their employees about lays offs, true business state, finances, etc. If you are smart you will leave. The people that stay or have not been let go are the ones who do the work and don't socialize with the powers that be. When people are been considered for lay offs, management listens to their minions who feed them lies.

Very smart acedemic colleagues, great team atmosphere. Everyone willing to help each other out.

Cons

Upper management wants to tackle and go after many markets with their product yet, the only fundamental interest is mostly on acquiring investor funding, not on commercializing a successful product. They also seem to want to do EVERYTHING themselves instead of relying on potential partnerships to help develop a product. To top it off, the three top guys keep so much information to themselves as if to avoid exposure.

The pay is somewhat decent.

Cons

Management is terrible. Only the “favored” will get promoted. Hard work will definitely not get you far here. Just had the third round of lay offs,business is clearly failing.
