Pros
some smart people work there. If you are interested in design and architecture and materials it is interesting. International group of employees
Cons
president of the company micromanages and is oddly and unnecessarily paranoid. Constant threats to staff that they'll lose their jobs. head of reseach v. smart but narcissistic and inappropriate at times. Not resourced correctly for volume of work. Smoke and mirrors keep reality from members / clients.

Pros
I love to see new and interesting materials and I like the odd niche that a material library occupies in the design world. For the most part, the people are great and there are opportunities to do great things though they do not seem very open to me.
Cons
There is not enough communication between different departments and a silly tradition of making interns threaten to leave before they are taken seriously; this happens in many places and I don't understand the reason.
