      The potential for this business is incredible, we just need to grasp it with both hands and shout about it. Get rid of the dead wood and celebrate being in a great business.

      Cons

      Stiff upper lip doesn't get you anywhere! If you are good, shout about it, if its not right, fix it. People who have been there the longest, moan the loudest and need to move on.
