      It is a rewarding experience for us who want to learn and grow. As a data scientist, I get to work on challenging projects with my collaborative team, and learn about new technology and tools.

      Cons

      Here growth is quite stagnant, and this is something very similar in IT companies. Work life balance is an issue.
