Pros
It's a small company so everyone knows everyone. And everyone wants to help. We're all working towards the same goal so there is no politics or bureaucracy. You just get stuff done. The company culture is great. Supper supportive and fun. It helps that the product is really amazing and our customers love it.
Cons
It's just tough being in B2B SaaS right now.
