Pros

Half-day Fridays and occasional catering for events. Some staff are decent.

Cons

Don't accept the role at Mattel if you're still waiting for another company to get back to you. Typical large corporation - you're just another number to them, and they'll replace you within a second. They don't take the time to care for their employees. Type of company that'll give you a cupcake for R U OK day so they can say they've done their part. Very poor management, can't emphasise this enough. They have inexperienced managers who don't know how to manage people and they don't know how to communicate. Senior managers lack empathy and definitely have this hierarchy thing going on. They say they support career growth but they don't so be careful. Also, Mattel still consumes way too much plastic which is another major issue.

Pros

Half day Fridays are a great attraction.

Cons

Has become non personable, and non caring about employees with a WIN AT ALL COST attitude. A "burn and churn" mentality now.
