      The company lacks structure, direction regarding product-market fit, and an understanding of the competitive environment. The CEO has unrealistic expectations about the product’s capabilities and the capabilities of incumbents in the satellite market. They also do not listen to employees who have been in the industry longer and understand how go-to-market operations work. There seems to be an overreliance on the idea that simply using Claude/ChatGPT will solve all of the company’s problems
