Pros
The culture of the company is its main strength. I feel connected to my coworkers despite working on different applications and with different clients and despite it being a remote company. I love the varied experience I get seeing different ways to implement software across industries.
Cons
I would like it if Matter had working spaces for us to work in if we want to.

-Balanced agency environment -Variety of clients types to work with -Opportunities for continued learning -Highly technical culture. Get to work with like-minded people for enterprise, startups, mid-size, etc. -Unlimited PTO -Competitive salary, benefits, etc.
Cons
Client work is what it is. Some of the clients are hands off, some require more hand holding. Matter does a good job of providing CSMs to help streamline client communication so engineers don't have to deal with as much of that stuff.
