MatterHackers is super flexible when it comes to real-life stuff like doctor appointments and emergencies. The management is really understanding, and the team culture is awesome, with lots of collaboration and innovation. Plus, there are plenty of chances to grow and learn in the 3D printing world.
Cons
This industry is fast-paced, and you need to be prepared to pivot at times. It's that's not your style, this may not be the place for you. Even with that pace, though - there is a lot of support and you have room to voice your concerns if you have any.
