      Incompetence at all level in Asheville office

      Pros

      Survey Department is knowledgeable, effective. Other offices seem to be run better than Asheville office.

      Cons

      Leadership is non-existent in Asheville. Project Management failures cause constant headaches for staff. Merit is not rewarded and nepotism thrives. Culture is non existent and benefits are poor. There is no diversity (by design?)

      Paid me 10$ an hour to RUN THE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT GET HARRASED BY FELLOW EMPLOYEES AND DOGGED ALL THE TIME

      There are some people in the asheville office that are really pompous. The engineering manager isn't, but the tall red haired guy I think his name was scott, he is. He mouthed off constantly talking down to me calling me stupid and telling me Im not good enough when I was doing a great job by other peoples standards and he asked for too much, and he was intentionally making my life hell becuase he knew I could do his job and this one at the same time. and I told him I have a mental health disability and he didn't care and he kept doing it. On top of that they paid me just 10$ an hour to run the traffic engineering department for a really long time DONT CHOSE THEM!
