      Pros

      It’s great to work at Matternet. The problems we are trying to solve are not trivial and we are navigating difficult times. Nevertheless, the team comes together and tackles these head on.

      Cons

      There are not really downsides to this company. Obviously it’s a start up and that comes with uncertainties.

      - People were friendly and easy to work with - Lots of areas for you to grow and develop as an engineer - Flexible work in/out office schedule

      - pro/con: startup life, anything can happen. - leadership can be indirect at times - company at the time was unsure of product direction
