There are absolutely no pros about Matthews.

Cons

Misleading hiring practices. Compensation was misrepresented during interview process. Management by fear and intimidation. Telling lies to customers. Lack of Corporate involvement, care or concern Terrible IT department Downright UNETHICAL! The list goes on and on. DO NOT APPLY AT MATTHEWS unless you enjoy a hostile work environment that does not deliver on any promise made to you about the terms of your employment.
