      Service manager needs to be removed. She’s constantly recruiting new hires. It’s a spinning door. Upper management just sits there collecting his paycheck

      Good employee staff. Plenty of work. Benefits

      Cons

      Store manager has an open door policy but won’t listen when things are brought up. Service manager micro, micro manages. Has fired people without notice. 3 employees have been let go and replaced same day. I wouldn’t recommend the dealer or being employed here
